Dr. Sarah Inman

Meet Dr. Sarah Inman, DHA, SHRM-CP, Our Vice President of Healthcare Strategy! 🌟

Sarah began her career in patient care, where her interest in workforce management started as a chance encounter with Kronos (now UKG). She was able to leverage that early experience to become a Super User, Trainer, and Admin at multiple hospitals during her years in clinical leadership. This is also where her obsession with healthcare staffing (the future topic of her doctoral research!) was born.
Her years of hands-on experience naturally led her to UKG, where she worked as a healthcare strategist and helped organizations optimize their workforce management systems before leading the Global Engagement Services team. Now at Improv, Sarah brings her unique blend of healthcare knowledge and strategic technical expertise to deliver tailored solutions to healthcare clients.

Meet Vince Jackson, our Chief Operations Officer! 🚀

With over 20 years in the WFM/HCM industry and after nine years at Kronos (now UKG), where he built and led top-performing teams, Vince has now brought his expertise to Improv! Vince’s journey from retail and IT to leading WFM consulting practices has shaped him into the powerhouse he is today as a thought leader in the retail, the WFM/HCM realm and what makes a great leader.
How will your work benefit our clients? Vince says:
