Dr. Sarah Inman
Sarah Inman, DHA, SHRM-CP is the Senior Vice President of Healthcare Strategy at Improvizations, where she leads the firm’s healthcare vision, strategy, and thought leadership. In this role, she partners with healthcare executives worldwide to tackle workforce complexity, improve clinical operations, and build resilient, people-centered organizations.
With more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience, Sarah brings a rare blend of academic depth and real-world execution.
